This is obviously a historic event I was not present for. This black and white photograph serves
as the background for the quick snapshots I took over this summer. Particularly in K-12 education,
we are tought the figh for racial equity is something of the past; that it was a part of our history
that has been "solved." As seen from this summer, that is far from the truth.
